The Association francophone de Kamloops offers a French Summer Program for students 6 to 11 years old enrolled in Francophone program and the French Immersion Program. The program FrancoFun is designed to reinforce their speaking and comprehension skills in a fun environment. The children will be immersed in the language through entertaining activities, including games, sports, outdoor excursions, crafts, etc, for a summer that is full of francophone adventures! Cost: 30$ / day or $135 / week, per child. The program will be held at 348 Fortune Drive, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from July 2nd to August 23rd. Closed on all statutory holidays. Spaces are limited.

Program Coordinator: Lysanne Roberge, currently enrolled at University of Rimouski to complete a Bachelor’s Degree program in Teaching Special Education and Social adjustment. Lysanne also has her Certificate in Special Education.

To Register: All children must be able to speak and understand French and currently attending a Francophone or French immersion school. Please complete registration form and return to the Association kam_franco@shaw.ca. The number of places available is limited.

Required Material: Each child must bring a cold lunch and 2 snacks as well as a bathing suit, towel, hat, sunscreen, and a pair of running shoes well identified.
