Theatrical Improvisation Workshops for Children (Ages 6 to 10)
Fun-filled classes led by Magali Tejada.
This interactive activity is designed for kids—everyone takes part! Since it’s not a show to watch, each child is part of the game. No previous theatre experience needed: we’ll try things out, make mistakes sometimes, invent funny stuff, and most importantly, have fun together without ever judging one another. We’ll laugh a lot, use our imaginations, and have a great time together!
It’s free!

What is theatrical improvisation?
Improvisational theatre (often also called improv theatre) is a form of theatre in which one or more scenes are performed without prior rehearsal. The actors go on stage without knowing what is going to happen. Generally, they receive a theme or a suggestion from the audience. The host asks questions, for example, about a location, a relationship, a profession, a tricky situation, a feeling, or the last movie you watched. These suggestions then become the trigger and guide for the scenes that emerge spontaneously. (Source: Improwiki)
